Knowledge is the bedrock of all we do at Timberplay, and we wish to impart this whether through our study tours, CPD’s or our sales and marketing.
We believe in giving you the information you need, when you need it and then leaving you to make your own decisions and your own progress. We do not believe in aggressive telesales campaigns or pushy sales agents. Instead we aim to build a relationship, giving clients the information they need to make an informed decision.
Same applies to our marketing. We make efforts to limit what we send out, only distributing newsworthy and genuinely informative literature. We seek to create relationships with key industry magazines, whereby they request comment from us, in fact editorial features and columns authored by us regularly appear in high profile key industry titles. When you know what you are talking about you don’t need to shout so loud.
