Towers, Huts, Houses, Platforms, Meeting Points”
Towers, huts and houses are pivotal to the Richter Spielgeräte collection. The small wooden play house was one of the original collection, created in 1966 as a foundation product.
Every element of the play house has been calculated to deliver the best play value. The dimensions of the hut enable the child to feel secure as they can touch all walls and the roof. The window enables parents and carers to interact with each other whilst supervising the play. The doorway clearly indicates the threshold of the private space of the house, stimulating a variety of role play activities, such as shop, cafe and of course, house. From this foundation, the play house has evolved to house groups, platform houses and even a two-story playhouse.
Expanding from this, Timberplay also offer a large variety of huts, ideal for standalone play pieces or alongside other products with interlinking walkways or chain paths. These can also incorporate platforms, serving as the ideal vantage point for surveying the view.
The Pyramid Tower is one of the most recognisable Richter products, available in three sizes and available with many different additional add-ons, including walkways, slides, climbing walls and ladders. These archetypal towers have now also been joined by several other towers, including hexagonal towers and combination towers, which can readily be tailored to the specifics of the project and configured in many different variations to fit the size of the project.
Many key products within this collection can be used as a meeting point – an easily recognisable feature that children and parents can identify at a glance.
