Community Groups

We relish the opportunity to work closely with communities to create play spaces that are well used by ALL members of the community.

We can help you build the best play area you can!

We enjoy working with individual communities to create bespoke play spaces that really get under the skin of the local area, celebrating its people and heritage.

We understand that planning a new community play area can bring to light a lot of factors to think about:

  • A new play space is seen as the heart of the community — a social hub to be well used by everyone in the community.
  • It can take months and even years for final decisions to be made.
  • It encourages people from all over the community to work together on a project creating stronger community engagement.
  • Ultimately, a new play space could bring a change in the perception of the neighborhood and provide the grounds for greater social cohesion.

We can provide you with a complete package from initial consultation and design; through to installation (including all related landscaping). - Helping as much or as little as you feel happy with.

Our Timber

All our timber is sustainably selected and we work hard to create designs that are sympathetic to the local environment. We offer a holistic approach to designing play spaces that enhances the surrounding landscape, making sure the play space fits into community well.

Safety Standards

We have unique knowledge of Safety Standards. Julian Richter, Owner and Director of Richter Spielgeräte GmbH, is the ex-chair of CEN (European Committee for Standardisation) who wrote the EN 1176 and EN1177 safety standards for play equipment and safety surfacing. The majority of our play equipment has been certified to comply with EN 1176. Our more specialist equipment has been independently certified as safe.

Support, Advice & Ideas

We can offer you all the support, advice, budget guidance and information you will need to create the perfect play area for your community. If you would prefer a face-to-face chat, one of our friendly informative Sales Team can come along to one of your community meetings to discuss possibilities and opportunities your project has. We understand that projects like these can take time to come to fruition; therefore we would not incur any additional charges unless they were expressly agreed in writing.
